Our aim is to make it a personal experience as we appreciate that we are all different –
some ladies wish to lose weight, others want to be more toned and some would just like to maintain their general mobility and be in a social environment.
Suitable for all ages or fitness abilities
Our circuit-based exercise machines are designed for easy access. With no complicated electronics to programme, the simple and smooth push-pull resistance automatically determines the required intensity. Members also have access to our rowing machines, vibrating plate, cycling machine and treadmill. An area is also set aside for balance and flexibilty exercise.

(Under normal circumstances, which are currently suspended, we have no set class times or need to pre-book, members can have unlimited access to work out in a friendly, social and safe environment)

Everyone is welcome, whatever shape, size or fitness level; what’s important is to have fun and exercise to the best of your own ability in an environment which is friendly, fun and safe.
Members can get full use of our machinery and trainers, with prices starting from a little over £1 a day (based on annual membership).
