We’re looking forward to welcoming you all from Monday 27th July 2020.

New measures – please read carefully!

All Ladies are required to book a slot in advance so that we can maintain a safe environment for everyone. You can either book daily, weekly or an ongoing regular booking and we will do our best to accommodate everyone and allocate their preferred time, but please bear with us at it will be a new experience for us all!

Bookings can be made by telephone on 01225 755855 or via email or via Facebook message.

Sessions are available on the hour as listed below:

Monday to Thursday

8am – 1pm

4pm – 6pm

Closes at 7pm

Closes at 2pm

9am – 10am

Closes at 11am

Once given a time slot, Ladies will be able to stay for up to 45 minutes, allowing us time to clean thoroughly before the next group arrive. We request that you do not arrive before your allocated time, to ensure that the previous group of Ladies has left the building. We appreciate that it may not be possible to arrive ‘on the dot’ due to public transport etc and will make allowances for this if necessary.

All Ladies will need to use hand sanitiser on entering and when leaving FHY – there is a table in the entrance hall where supplies will be kept. Temperatures may be taken on arrival.

We will supply gloves should you wish to wear them whilst using the equipment, however this is not a requirement.

Wearing masks is also at the discretion of each member and is personal choice and not a requirement.

Ladies will always need to keep a distance of 1+metres from each other and will be guided to a starting point on the circuit to ensure this is maintained. Stretches will need to be adapted due to space limitations and floor exercises will not be included at present.

Christmas Charity Collections

For Christmas 2018 we have 3 charity collections at FitHer You. We have been collecting food for the food bank and outset target of a “trolley” full was exceeded with the typical generosity of our members. On Friday 30th November staff and members delivered the equivalent of 3 shopping trollies of food to a delighted Storehouse Food Bank in Trowbridge.

Our second charity collection is really pantastic. Smalls for All collects and distributes underwear to help women and children in Africa. They help those living in orphanages, slums, IDP camps and schools, as well as providing underwear to hospitals to help those suffering from medical conditions.

The Lions Club have been collecting spectacles for distribution to third world countries for many years. They have developed contacts with individuals and charities based in the UK who are carrying out eye-camp projects overseas and are able to use the recycled spectacles in numerous eye clinics. So far over 60 pairs of spectacles have been collected in the club.

Thank You ladies for your outstanding generosity.
